Pattern description from The Celtic Collection: “For the child’s version of Tara, I decided to use an easier knotwork emblem and border pattern. These designs are off-set against a simple textured two-row background, with one row worked in single rib and the other knitted. A lighter effect has been achieved by using a single strand of tweed yarn, rather than the double thickness of Tara.”

• Yarn: 6 (7, 8) 50g balls Rowan Lambswool Tweed in shade no. 182 (Dark Emeralds).
• 1 Pair 4mm (US6) needles
• 1 Cable needle
• Stitch markers
• 1 Darner
