CASPARIA
Casparia is a rectangular shawl or stole with a colorful geometrical leaf pattern. In the first two parts it is knit from the middle of the long sides in towards the centre. In the last two parts you knit outwards from the first two parts towards the short sides. The shawl is easy to adapt sizewise by knitting more repeats, depending on how long you want it.

Casparia is a genus of flowering plants, a variation of the name of the bauhinia flower common in Asia.

GENERAL
Casparia is knit from the centre and out. You start with two small wedges, and from them knit outwards. You can then decide as you go when you think the shawl is large enough.
