Cat in the Corner is a traditional Irish jig that will get these sock toes a-tapping!

Beginning with a barn toe, the instep of these toe-up socks is worked in a mirrored cable pattern for the right and left sock (individual charts and written directions included). The sole is worked in Stockinette stitch. The double-bar gusset is worked at the centre of the sole and leads into a short-row heel cap (no picking up stitches!). The heel is worked in a traditional slip-stitch pattern. The front and back leg continue the instep cable pattern and the cuff is worked in a 1 x 1 ribbing.

Both charts and written directions for charts are included.
