A perfect project for the intermediate knitter, this crescent shaped shawl incorporates a slipped stitch (or Mosaic) colorwork pattern and a Picot stitch border.

The main color requires almost a full skein of sock yarn (about 300 meters), however for the contrasting colors you can use sock yarn scraps or even your stashed mini skeins!

This shawl is knit from the top down using a Garter Tab cast on and increases are made on both right and wrong side rows.

For best results, I recommend wet-blocking your completed shawl.

Approximate finished measurements after blocking, 70” long and 18” wide.
