A catchy melody is a tune that is pleasing and easy to remember. I tried to create a knitted version with this shawl. A catchy melody that is fun-to-wear and eye-catching. It has a garter stitch body that stripes a rhythmic verse and a lace border with an easy-to-remember chorus of repeats. One thing I need to mention, though: please be aware that the border is patterned on both right side and wrong side rows – the wrong side rows are not just purled. Just so you know. But also note that this pattern includes both charted and written instruction. Grab your favourite colours and stitch to your heart’s content!
