Cathay Lace Wrap is a breathy filigree lace pattern framed in an accentuated open ric-rac border. Any yarn weight can be used by adjusting needle size accordingly. Pattern is written for lace weight in two widths to accommodate for personal taste and yardage.

Finished sizes:
Wide Wrap 17” x 69” unblocked, 25” x 82” blocked
Wrap 14” x 69” unblocked, 20” x 82” blocked

Yarn: Laceweight – Wrap (1000 yards/1100 meters), Wider Wrap (1200 yards/1320 meters)

Model: Anzula Meridian Lace Weight Yarn, colorway Emerald, used 2 hanks on US#2.5

NOTE: Any yarn weight can be used, adjust needle size accordingly
Needle size: U.S. #2.5 – 4, (3.0 – 3.5 mm)

Note on Gauge and Needle Size: Gauge is not as important on pieces that do not require a fit, however swatching will help determine the needle size to get the desired openness of lace fabric. Recommend swatching and blocking swatch.
