Strong vertical lines surround reflected cable twists. A different type of heel and gusset give these socks a unique look and a great fit. The cable pattern in this sock draws in quite a bit. Take time to check the size of the sock after you have knit an inch or two in pattern to make sure it will fit. Thicker fingering weight yarn (such as Koigu) will make a slightly larger sock.

If you normally cast on 64 sts for a fingering weight sock; the larger size will be what you want to knit. To make an even larger sock, try sport weight yarn with US#1 or US#2 needles. All other directions will remain the same.
