The Cattywampus Headband got its name because of the skewed squares, or diamond shapes that run across its center. Though aligned with each other, each square is set on its side, providing a focal point centered in the lace pattern along the edges.

This headband could work with almost any yarn weight - just use the appropriate hook size for your chosen yarn.
