A unique top down shawl inspired by the movement of light through our celestial heavens, triangular sections of slipped stitches are like swatches of starbursts reaching across the galaxy. A vertical column of garter stitches branches apart to make way for a comet of movement and the final border has 3 rows of falling stars.

PATTERN NOTES
This shawl is worked from the top down starting with a garter stitch tab. Initially it is worked in 3 sections; the two outer sections have increases every RS row on either side of the section, while the center section has increases every 6 rows on either side of the section. Partway into the shawl, the center section is bisected to introduce the side chart once again.
