Celtic cables scarf, is a combination of a center motif and smaller cables on the edges. The intricate cables create a detailed and beautiful design that is unisex in nature. It is not a reversible pattern but the backside is interesting with mainly stockinette visible.
The gauge is looser than recommended for the yarn, this gives the scarf more softness and drape. For our sample, we used 3 skeins of Juniper Moon Farm’s Herriot Great yarn, which is deliciously soft and fuzzy, but any yarn of a similar weight can be substituted.
