The Celtic Knot or Trinity Knot—from the Latin term, “triquetra”, meaning “triangle”—is thought to symbolize the interconnectedness of the Holy Trinity ~ Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Per one source, the unending, completeness of the loops represent all he many aspects of eternity. This beanie is sized for Preemie/Newborn to Adult, and can be created in a variety of colors; and the ribbon can be interchanged with rope, twine, leather, etc.

Notes: Please read all instructions thoroughly prior to beginning pattern. To increase size, add ndls in multiples of 10 prior to beginning knitting. To increase or decrease length –add/subtract rows until length desired is reached. For each increase, skip 4 sts before beginning Celtic knot pattern again.
