ABOUT THE PATTERN
The Celtic Knot Scarf features bulky yarn, a Celtic knot at each end and plenty of easy knit and purl ribbing around the back of the neck. Cables charted and written. Originally published in 2011. Edited and updated for 2020. Still free. Happy knitting!

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
One size about 75” (190 cm) long by 7” (18 cm) wide (length is easily adjustable)

MATERIALS
Yarn:
300-400 yards (275-375 m) Bulky weight
Sample scarf knit in Uruguay Chunk to an extra-long 82” and used about 280 g or 410 yards.
Needles: Size US 10 (6.00 mm) (or size needed to get gauge)
Other notions: 2 stitch markers, cn or dpn for cables, tapestry needle
