Ceres is an airy, lace weight cowl that is knit flat on a long circular needle. A button tab is picked up from the edge once the body of the cowl is knit. You will need 2 colors of lace yarn, with only a small amount of the coordinating color, making this great for using up scraps of yarn.

This pattern is great for knitters of all skill levels, including beginners who are ready to advance a bit with simple yarn over button holes, easy color changes, and picking up stitches along the edge.

Instructions are provided for both a small cowl and a large cowl (large is pictured).
