This is so easy that I was a little unsure whether or not to even put this up, but I think it might help some people who have seen similar items and want to make one for themselves or as a gift.

All you need is a skein of Red Heart Boutique Sashay yarn and a Q hook. It can even be done without the hook by using your fingers! You can make this as long or short as you want and there are multiple ways to wrap it around your neck as well.
