This is a wonderful quick and fun little stash buster pattern perfect for those smaller scraps and leftovers. These chains are completely seamless, no seams or weaving whatsoever!

It’s also a great pattern for practising different styles of small circumference knitting. While I knit the samples on 9”/23cm and 12”/30cm circulars, they can also be knit with double pointed needles, magic loop, two circulars or travelling/single loop. A quick and easy way to experiment with small circumference knitting techniques.

Use it as a decoration around the home, a necklace, a scarf or even to chain the kiddies up! Let your imagination run wild! Experiment further with stitch patterns.

Instructions included for knitting the chains in either stocking stitch or garter stitch in two sizes. Each chain takes between 8 and 15 yards of dk/8ply yarn depending on stitch.
