#This pattern is for CUFF-DOWN, TOE-UP is HERE.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is a Cuff-Down version of Skilift toe up socks, pictured first in the photos. The heel has a gusset/heel flap, as show in the second photo.**
This sock pattern was designed when I happen to come across a beautiful photo of a ski lift in the cold snow. The breathtaking view from above as all the rows of skiers coming and going as one from below looks up and those on their ski lift ride look down.
The pattern is written for DPNs referring to Needles 1-4. You can accommodate it for Magic Loop or 2 circulars.
NOTIONS: Stitch marker to mark the beginning of the round, A tapestry needle for weaving ends.
PATTERN STYLE: The pattern contains written as well as chart instructions. There is a key and full abbreviation list included as well.
DIFFICULTY: Advanced Beginner/Intermediate: Front/Back Cross and Front/Back Twist cabling, increases, decreases, and sock construction.
YARN: This pattern was designed to show off the beautiful colors in variegated yarn. Certainly solid or lightly tonal yarn would show excellent stitch definition.
