This double knit hat pattern is the tenth release in a series of 12 patterns that form my Canadian Art Deco Knits e-book. You can buy this pattern individually or as part of the Canadian Art Deco Knits e-book.

This month’s design was inspired by the large chandeliers in the Supreme Court of Canada.

This hat is charted for two different weights of yarn: fingering weight and DK weight. The hat is 19-20” in circumference, 7.5-8” deep.

The fingering weight sample used Sweet Paprika Designs Messa di Voce:

  • 1 skein of Graphite (dark grey) (approx. 33g used)
  • 1 skein of Chimney Smoke (light grey) (approx. 33g used)

The DK weight sample used Sweet Paprika Designs Minuet:

  • 1 skein of Canneberge (red) (approx. 45g used)

  • 1 skein of Harvest Moon (yellow) (approx. 45g used)
