CHANGELING
loom knitted 1920’s Cloche Hat inspired by the hat worn by Angelina Jolie in the movie Changeling.

A blank canvas cloche which can be decorated in unlimited combinations, this is a fun pattern to loom knit, knits up quickly and uses just under 100g of DK weight yarn for the main hat and scraps of 10 to 20g of contrasting yarn for the band and any embellishments you want to make.

Included are full stitch instructions to help you get started with :
my own adapted crochet cast on method, the knit stitch, flat panel bind off and short row shaping which is the pretty decreasing lines you can see towards the top of the hat in the photo above. You will also need to do one main seam on the hat and any sewing involved in attaching the band around the hat if you choose to make one.
