Please download the new version if you have time. I re-wrote the yoke bit. As I mentioned in the update email, I may very well have been partially drunk or just very tired when I wrote that bit. Please download the new version, it is much clearer.

This pattern is a bottom up raglan mens sweater. It’s great for 3 seasons as the yarn is relatively thin, but terribly warm. It’s supposed to be form fitting, but can always go a size up for a looser fitting sweater.

The pattern requires the following skills:
Knit
Purl
Cabling
Short Rows
Bind Off
Knitting in the round
Increasing and Decreasing

ERRATA:
The last row of the left sleeve chart: Stitch 4 should be knit instead of purl.

The “back” in question is indeed the centre back of the body portion. The yoke should be knitted back and forth, with the middle four stitches between the centre front cables bound off, in which the button band is to be worked.
