Let me admit that my inspiration for this hat comes from a bald kid I love. He was going through chemo and I wanted to make him a hat that both kept him warm, and hopefully made him less self conscious about his bald noggin. The classic Charlie brown cartoon, represents to me the insecurities and joys of childhood. I love this hat for anyone with or without hair. A classic simple pattern.
