Description from designer’s website:
Charlotte’s ensemble is in the nautical style which was fashionable for both girls and boys in the nineteenth century. Her pantalets are knee length and the sailor collar is very easy to knit.

Yarn requirements: 50g(1.75oz) of white; 60g(2oz) of royal blue; oddments of light pink, red, light blue, yellow and navy

Yarn required for facial stitches: Dark brown for the eyes; pink for the mouth and a lighter shade of pink for the nose.

Stuffing requirements: 180g(7oz)
