“Chatoyant” is the term for a stone with a “changeable luster,” as in a Tiger’s Eye. The alternating Seed st and St st blocks of this simple vest provide a subtle texture, enhanced by the heathered tone of the yarn.

A deceptively simple rectangle produces a double-breasted vest with a complex diagonal appearance. By placing the armholes at a slight angle, the fronts naturally hang in an inverted tulip shape.
