19 stitches and 42 rows = 4 inches in Plaid pattern
US 7 - 4.5 mm
US 8 - 5.0 mm
19½" brim circumference; will stretch to accommodate up to 23" circumference

Women’s hat worked in a slipped stitch colorwork plaid pattern. Only one color is used for each round, so the hat is much easier than it looks!

Sample was worked in the following colors of Universal Yarn Deluxe Worsted:

• #31953 neutral gray (MC), 1 skein
• #1900 ebony (black, CC1), 1 skein
• #12144 starfish (pink, CC2), 1 skein
