This initially began as a Checkered pattern throughout. Then Once Upon A Time got interesting and I forgot to look at my knitting. I kept going on one of the pattern repeats for 8 rows instead of 4 and did not want to rip back 4 rows. After much internal debate, I kept going with the ribbing. Turns out, it looks funky this way, so I left it. The Checkered on the other side rounds out the cowl nicely.

This cowl will look great with just about any outfit you wear from jeans and a t-shirt for a casual day to a suit for a day at the office. Bulky yarn makes this a very quick knit to complete in just a few hours.

Also, it is fully reversible and looks great from both sides!
