It’s a cardigan knitted from side to side from one wrist to the next one, with only one seam (on the sides). It is worked at first in the round for the sleeves, then flat for the body part, and then again in the round for the second sleeve. Then you will pick up the stitches for the border at the waist line, and afterwards for the cowl. I suggest the use of circular needles for the realization of the entire cardigan.

I always suggest to try on the work in progress, to check size, ease, and wearability. By doing this, you can knit the perfect fit for your body shapes. In fact, everybody is different and sometimes only some small changes can make the difference, as making the cardigan longer or wider. Don’t be afraid to customize your Chele to adapt it for a perfect fit.
