Hand-warming versions of my Chelsea socks! A fingerless wristwarmer option for those who prefer to keep their fingers free, and mittens for knitters in colder climates.

ERRATA: In the first version of the pattern, there was an error in the chart key. C4F-1 should read: “place 2 sts onto CN and hold at front, k2tog, k1, k2 from CN”. An amended version of the pattern has been uploaded. (22 Oct 2010)

Left thumb: After 1st inc round, the next 3 rounds should read “knit until 7 sts rem” (not 5).
