The shawl is knitted from the top and down, and the size is changed by knitting with a finer or more heavy yarn.

This is my first shawl pattern and has been revised a great number of times. The shawl was origianaly knitted for me, but many people asked if I could make a pattern. In order to make it more knitter friendly I made some small changes when I made the pattern.

The pattern was first made after the shawl was completed, some of my Ravelry friends asked for a pattern. Therefore, I just bought a ball of each colour and did not weigh off how much I used of each colour ( Yubina ). So you are free to experiment. It also varies according to the tightness of the knit, type of yarn, etc.

The pattern is revised the last time July 30. 2012 after I got a new software program. It has not been test knitted after it has been revised.

NB: Stitchmarkers are optional.
