This gender neutral baby blanket was designed to be knitted by anyone that has the ability to create a knit stitch, a purl stitch. Since it’s knitted with bulky yarn, it’s a relatively fast project that knits up quickly. The chevron pattern is not only lovely, it’s reversible and the bulky yarn give the illusion of 3D. This is also a relatively large baby blanket so it can grow with the little one into the toddler years. Once finished, this baby blanket is not only soft and fluffy, but it was designed to be knitted with 100% acrylic yarn, which is completely machine washable and machine dry-able.

Pattern includes:

  • itemized list of all materials to complete project, including the yarn that is recommended to be used

  • numbered line by line instruction accompanied by abbreviations and a brief summery of how to complete the stitch

  • added tips to make creating the blanket as simple as possible (i.e. instruction for using stitch markers and placements)

  • a printable complete chart that shows EVERY STITCH contained within the baby blanket along with a stitch key

  • complete contact information in case any assistance is needed along the way
