This chevron skirt is knit from the top down on circular needles. The pattern in the yarn makes the pattern for the skirt. The chevron pattern is a combiniation of increases and decreases. The skirt is a pencil type skirt with a slight flare as it approaches the knee. The length can vary and be knit as long or short as you like. The top has a ribbing, but elastic can be added after the skirt is knit for added fit.
It is comfortable and warm in the winter and stylish any time of year.
