These mitts were designed to complement the Trickery Socks designed by Trisha Paetsch. The stitch pattern helps to mix up the colors in variegated yarns a bit, giving the
appearance of a fancy stitch pattern, rather than allowing the
yarn to pool. The pattern includes instructions for both
fingering weight and sport weight yarns.
Gloves fit a 7-7.5 (17.5-19cm) inch hand circumference, but can easily be adjusted larger or smaller by adjusting your gauge.
The mitts are constructed from the fingers to the cuff, with the thumb added using a provisional cast on.
