Florence the chicken was named after one of our first ex-bat chickens who moved in back in 2011. Florence herself was something of a escapologist of a chicken, whereas this knitted chicken isn’t nearly so awkward. Made from pure British wool, (approx 50g dark brown, 50g grey and 10g pink)

Florence has knees to die for. You’ll need to be able to knit, purl, k2tog and make a stitch, other than that the only possible difficulty is a bit of colour work - but the instructions are clear for doing this so it really shouldn’t be a problem.
