Soft and drapey, this slouch hat is pretty much the opposite of chicken wire, despite the pattern that reminds me so much of that kind of fencing material.

Twists in the ribbing and an elegant button detail make this a perfect girly hat, but do straight ribbing and leave off the buttons and it’s something any guy would wear.

  • Sizes - Baby (12”), Toddler (13”), XS (14.5”), S (16”), M (17.5”), L (19”), XL (21.5”), measured at brim.
  • Ribbing has plenty of negative ease and hat body is 1.5”-2.5” wider than ribbing.
  • Pattern includes complete charted and written instructions.
  • Sample is size M and used almost all of a 158-yard skein. Shown with 4” negative ease.
  • Drop the twist stitches from the ribbing to make the hat a little more masculine.
