When you are adopted by a Chihuahua, you have a pint-sized protector for life. They generally bond (completely and aggressively!) to one person only, although they can be worked with to recognize a group of people as their clan. Spirited, possessive, and bold: the smallest recognized dog breed is proof that both dynamite and diamonds come in small packages!

This listing is for the crochet pattern to make Chico the Chihuahua in either a sitting up or laying down pose. When sitting up he is 12 inches tall, 6 inches across chest, and 10 inches front to back; his laying down pose is 8 inches tall, 6 inches across chest, and 16 inches front to back. Chico has two layers over his stuffing, so it won’t show through the stitches.

This is a 16 page pattern with 17 diagrams and color photos.
