Children's Cardigan Where the Wild Sheep Roam
There is a mistake in the yoke chart that I am not able to find and correct so until this is sorted the pattern is not for sale. Sorry about the inconvenience
Balls of yarn grow into sheep, right?
This pattern has three sizes (covering 12 months to 3 years) and is knit in a light, fingering yarn, making it an ideal in-between layer. It can either be knit with one main color and 6 contrast colors, or simply one main color and one contrast color. You’ll need less than 200 grams in any size, and it’s a good project for using up those scraps of yarns you have laying around.
The cardigan is knit from the bottom up, ending in a yoke where the wild sheep roam. It is knit in the round, with a steek that is cut open.
Samples were worked in Pickles Pure Wool, Jamieson’s Shetland Spindrift, and Holst Supersoft.
