A bright and cheerful addition to brighten up any child’s outfit! Crocheted in soft merino wool, this cowl will also be really cosy and warm.

The pattern is worked in double crochet (UK terms) making it an ideal project for a beginner, with an introduction to colour changes.

Since making this cowl I have found a lovely colour combo for a more feminine cowl; swap “sky” for “fuchsia” (shade 787) and swap “cranberry” for “bilburry” (shade 788).

If you are an experienced crocheter it is not too difficult to add extra starting chains and rows to create an adult sized version of this cowl.
