This is a pattern for a hat, mittens, and pullover sweater for a small child. Sizes are for 25, 27, and 28 inch (64, 69, & 71 cm) chest. The sweater is worked from the bottom up, sleeves are knit up to the armpit then joined to the body to work the yoke.

This pattern gives yarn requirements in weight (14-16 ounces of main color, 3 ounces contrasting color) instead of yardage. Gauge is calculated on the US 6 needles. I’ve done the Size 2 (25” chest) with 2 balls of Cascade 220 for the main color and about a half ball for the contrast color.
