This simple dress-up crown is one size fits most. In our house it fits our two year old up to me! But would probably be a bit large for under two. It is knit in the round on a circular needle, from the bottom up. The points are shaped with short rows. This is a quick knit, you can probably have it done in just a couple of hours. Then your little prince or princess can pretend for hours.
