This miniature sock is the perfect size for an autumn ornament to hang on a tree, a refrigerator, or a fireplace mantle. It may also fit on a baby’s tiny foot! I did not make this pattern specifically for an infant but feel free to size it any way you’d like!
The construction of this itty bitty sock is top down and is knit in the round using double pointed needles. You can also knit it using the magic loop method but the instructions are specifically knit for double pointed needles. It is a quick and easy pattern that is perfect for scraps of yarn you may have laying around, or a mini skein of fingering weight yarn. This pattern is simple enough for a first-time sock knitter and may be a great stepping stone to making full-size socks!
The yarn pictured in this pattern was a special Halloween Horror Advent Calendar yarn and is not available for purchase.
