Buyers should be aware that this pattern is written with charity knitters in mind and that sizes achieved using this pattern are completely dependent on weight of chosen yarn (or 2 yarns knit as one) to meet gauge:
Baby, 6 - 12 mo; gauge 20 stitches = 4”; Worsted
Child , 2- 4 yr; gauge 16-17 stitches = 4”; Aran
Child , 5-6 yr; gauge 14- 15 stitches = 4”; Bulky
Child, 12 years; 12 stitches = 4”; Super Bulky
(worsted+sock=aran; aran+sock or worsted+sport = bulky; bulky+sock or strand of mohair=super bulky)
(needle sizes will vary depending on yarn weight chosen)

Note: at an undetermined future time, I plan to rewrite pattern for specific sizes in a single weight.

This pattern used to be free with a request for a charitable donation. This was not a successful venture. The pattern is now offered for a small fee with the proceeds given to charity.
