Chill Out Mitts
Take the chill out of the air and keep your hands toasty warm. They are the easiest fingerless mitts you’ll ever knit and you can even knit or crochet other projects while wearing them! It’s a good pattern for beginning, as well as seasoned knitters. Knit them in the round on double points, or try the traveling or magic loop with a long cable needles.

They are knit from the extra-long cuffs to the fingertips, with bound off and cast on stitches for the thumbhole. Increase or decrease in multiples of two, to alter the size. They are approximately 8” long x 6” in circumference and stretch to fit a women’s medium hand. The stitch gauge is 4 stitches per inch in a 1 x 1 rib stitch pattern.
I love this yarn, and have used it in the same color way as Helvie’s Hat.
Any chunky weight yarn will work with this pattern.
