Chilly Willikers Cowl is a double thick, stranded colorwork cowl covered in knitted snowflakes. Pattern is worked top down from provisional cast on which creates a drawstring tube, through stranded colorwork to bottom of the cowl ribbing. Then stripes are worked for inside, cowl is then folded and attached back at the top to cover the back of the colorwork.
Pattern calls for 3 different colors of yarn to match the Chilly Willikers hat, but you can work in as many colors as desired. Pattern includes 2 charts- for a light main color or dark main color.
