Surprise and delight your friends and family this Christmas with a cute little Christmas tree that contains a chocolate orange. You can change the orange to something of similar shape and size, such as a pair of socks, a bath bomb etc.

All you need is some aran yarn and some double knit yarn, 1 4mm and 5mm hook. My trees are green but you can use any colour aran you like and then some double knit for the braid and top.

To sew up I use a darning needle but you can use a needle of your choice.
