In retrospect, the lowly camisette had some redeeming design details:  an interesting neckline shape, and the suggestion of an empire waist, a surefire attention-getter for a pretty bosom..  I’ve put them to good use dolling up this curvy square-necked shell, knit in a sparkly silk/wool blend yarn.
