This hooded jacket is the cover project for Knitting Magazine 084, Christmas 2010.

The recommended needles are long or circular, so as to accommodate 257-341 sts at cast-on. A 50cm/20in open-ended zip is required, as well as cable needle, stitch markers and stitch holders. This is a jacket with hood, knitted bottom-up in once piece as far as the armholes, where it divides for fronts and back. The sleeves are knitted separately and set in. The hood is knitted separately and attached.
