It’s a great way to use up leftovers from other projects, as it doesn’t take much yarn at all.

Guage is unimportant. Experiment with your yarn weight and hook sizes to make different sized stars. Stars look best if they are blocked. I usually dampen them and then pin them out on a foam block to ensure the points are well defined.
