An easy to follow, delightful pattern for a very festive Christmas stocking. The pattern is for the stocking to be knitted flat on straight needles, however it could be easily adapted for the stocking to be knitted in the round on double pointed needles.

The pattern has clear row by row instructions and photographs to help you along the way. You will need to be able to knit, purl, cast on and off, increase and decrease, and sew seams.

The stocking would make a lovely Christmas decoration or it could be filled with chocolates, sweets or small treats and given as a gift or party favour. It is also ideal for charity fundraising.
