This miniature Christmas stocking is worked flat then sewn closed up the top of the foot when finished. This makes it great for anyone not wanting to work in the round. Also, due to so few stitches used it makes for a faster knit then working in the round.

The pattern is easily adaptable to whatever yarn you have, when choosing a different combo just remember that a tighter fabric will help keep the ornament’s shape best.

Finished size: 5 inches tall by 2 inches across.
Yarn: Cascade 220 Fingering weight yarn held double.
Needle: US #2 needles (2.75mm).
Gauge measured on ornament: 7 stitches & 11 rows per inch.
