You can use any yarn to make this Christmas Tree, just make sure to use correct hook size with your yarn.
You will need following or similar materials to crochet toy as on the picture:

• yarn Adelia Brilliant color № 09 (green) – 50 g;
• yarn YarnArt Jeans color № 7 (beige) – 10 g;
• yarn YarnArt Jeans color № 90 (red) – 5 g;
• yarn YarnArt Jeans color № 40 (brown) – 5 g;
• crochet hook of appropriate size, I used 2.5 mm hook;
• stuffing material;
• sewing threads of matching colors for sewing eyes and pieces;
• 5 mm beads for eyes - 2 pcs;
• button or bead for decorating the top of the Christmas tree, I have a red star button;
• beads for Christmas tree decoration;

The following stitches are used:
Single crochet,increase/decrease stitches, slip stitch; stockinette stitch

The following methods are used:
Crocheting in rounds and turns, starting with a magic ring, making a chain.
