Chulita, my little cute one, is the love of my life. She has been with me through thick and thin. A few years ago I knit the first version of the hat with Chulita and hearts. Now, I have revised and updated the pattern to make it ready for others to knit their own version as well.
The blue version has a more traditional rounded crown and the off white version has a fun and peppy squared off top. Instructions for both versions are included.

Notes:
This pattern contains 3 charts. Either of these charts can be used in the hat. The 3rd chart has left side left intentionally blank so you can draw your own motifs.There is also an option of a rounded crown or a squared off crown.

Materials: 2 skeins of Illimani Llama II
Needle: Circular needle Size 4.50mm (7 US) & 5.50mm (9 US), additional needle required if you will be using the squared off finish
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
Stitch Markers
Gauge: 18 sts x 20 rows = 4” blocked
Size: 19”wide at the ribbing, 9 “ high
