The finished scarf measures 61.5” (156 cm) long x 8.3”(21cm) wide, but you could make it longer if you’d like, by repeating more patterns.

I stayed in a nature reserve for a few days and it rained for 2 of the days. We had packed mainly summer clothes so I knitted a scarf for my friend to keep her warm. We named it the Hope scarf after the place we were staying in (de Hoop) and in hope that the weather would brighten.
